Ok Dell just had to be douche bags and make a Special type of PSU cable only to be used on Dell motherboard.
Well since my PSU blown, its been a female of the dog species to try and find a PSU at local electronic stores that would fit on my mobo (I was reading only if I fit a standered PSU into the Motherboard it would fry it)
Well I came acrossed this

and it has all the connections I would need to plug it into my motherboard, would this be safe? Cause I don't wanna end up with a completely fried computer.
My PSU model that it had before was a NPS-200PB-73 M REV:1 200watts
and the computer it came in was a Dell Dimension XPS T500 P3.

From what I read there, it pretty much looks like im screwed if I don't have an adaptor, or find a perfect replacment that CAME from a Dell computer...... "SCREW YOU DELL!"
