pspne lcd to xbox help?

pspne lcd to xbox help?

im trying to hook up my psone lcd screen to my xbox by wiring the composite of the lcd's input board to the SCART of the xbox motherboard. Everything is wired according to http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=340033 and http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=213487

my audio is working and i can get the screen powered but the screen doesnt show anything but the backlight...any suggestions on how to fix it?
