Seperate wallpapers on multiple monitor setup? (WINDOWS 98!)

Do you have a technical question that doesn't really fit a specific console? Want some general info on electronics, hacking, making cookies, etc? Here's the place to ask! Go nuts.

Seperate wallpapers on multiple monitor setup? (WINDOWS 98!)

Post by Electric Rain »

I want to have a separate wallpaper on each of my monitors (standard dual-screen horizontal span). I don't think this is possible under Windows 98... though I know it is in later versions. I tried taking both wallpapers and combining them in paint (creating a 2048X768 wallpaper), and no matter if I put it on center, stretch or tile, it won't span across. Does anyone know of a workaround for this? Some kind of hack or program even that will let me use two separate wallpapers on my two monitors? Thanks. :)

Hmm, I'm sure a program like Ultramon could help you out on this.
