AV in on my computer

How would I use these AV in ports on my new computer? Runs vista incase you need to know.

You need a program that can import/capture the video steam or a TV turner (software). I don't know of any for Vista, but there might be some, and there might also be patches to allow XP version to run on Vista. I unfortunately only know of Pinnacle Studio, which came with my video card, and ATI's TV tuner.

You may have to do a google search to see what free or open TV turners are out there and if any are compatible with Vista. Sorry I can't be of more help.
