I need your help for my patinets.
I am a rehabilitation doctor of The National Paraplejic Hospital of Toledo in Spain. I
I need To change bottons on a video game for made it playable by my patiens and they can not move hands.
I need they could play just like it you wear boxing globes. Thy only move shoulders and elbows, sometimes and a few of them move wrist for extension.
I would like to change the controls of a Xbox or a playStation for others bigger.
Send any ideas to me. please.
There are many people that can not play becouse an accident, please, help.

Me parece algo bastante difícil. Lo que podría ser posible, es adaptar un mando de Nintendo Wii para usar los acelerómetros, y dependiendo de el movimiento del hombro o de la muñeca, ejecutar una pulsación u otra, por ejemplo 45º arriba A, 45º abajo B, etc...

Gracias por la idea, lo habia pensado.
Auque lo que mejor me parecía era incluir botones grandes en una caja de madera. En esta página he encontrado cosas interesantes.
