I was up from 3:00-6:00AM doing this with a couple friends (also did it to 2 other doors)... does that make you feel any better?

We did that to some guys on our floor except we stuffed the gap with newpaper

The best one I ever saw was a week long prank at a hockey mod/discussion forum. The joke was that the NHL sent the site a cease-and-desist letter to remove all all NHL lincenced logos and game modifications. It was actually a quite beliveable senario because the NCAA did the same thing (to all internet sites) a few months prior. The entire site was shut down on March 31 and ran a remberance chat box until April 2nd. A lot of people fell for it really bad and sent hate mail to the NHL, and one guy even contacted ESPN.

I remember 2 or 3 years ago on Spymac, a member posted a video that the designer for Apple--who made all the nice Apple stuff like their nice computers and the iPod--was quitting, or fired, and everyone was freaking out thinking Apple would be dead now.

...anyone? Anyone??? Well I found it funny.
