PSone screen size

Could someone tell me the exact size of the PSone screen? Just the screen, I don't care about the thickness, PCB size etc... Just the width and height.

Yeah I need this aswell , and approximately how much does the pcb stick out.

approximately 1/4 inch out.

The dimensions are 4" long by 3 and something high.
