MP3 player help

I cant put music on my sansa m240. I can only see 7 songs, and it recognizes that there is no memory left. I looked on both my computer and WMP, any help?

Those things are crap. My cousin went through three of them before he got one that works properly.

Try updating the firmware.

I tried that earlier, the firmware updater is completely screwed up. when I open it it tells me to open sansa service. I open it. its a command prompt that does nothing. I opened both, and it brought up the same message.

anyone have any app to wipe the Mp3 player?
