Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!
get a glob of it out of the can, mix in a small ammount of hardener till a consistant color and start applying like hell because you have maybe 5 minutes top depending on how much hardener you mixed in if its too thick it cracks if its too thin it also cracks etc lol
Hmm...I'll look for some putty. i used .060 styrene to vac-form, and I have a feeling a few lines of bondo on the inside will help make it a tad less wobbly.

Yeah, in that respect, bondo won't get the job done. If you really want to enforce it, throw some two-part epoxy like JB Weld on there, that stuff is rock hard.
you could use jb weld or you could throw on a couple of coats of fiberglass mesh (notice i said the mesh and not the loose fiber) the loose fiber is a pain to work with but with the mesh all you have to do is mix the resin lay down a coat of mesh add some resin lay down some more mesh and cover with resin then sand and paint (of course make sure you get no bubbles (a pin helps there) and no wrinkles and trim it up some to get youre edges clean) or you could use bondo (but only if you use the stuff in cans)

both the marine first then fill in all the small holes and lines that are left with the spot putty
Grr. I can't find the Marine Epoxy locally. What are some very similar alternatives? I have a 1/2" gap, along other franken-casing things to add into my case, to stick together.
