help with original snes please

ok I opened it up and the mobo is HUGE for what i want to do. I was wondering if you can make the mobo smalller

I don't have any pics so if you have some post them here and highlight the parts where I can cut it

You can't really chop bits of the board off, of the manufactureres wouldn't have made it that big in the first place.

With the exception of the Atari... Stupid thing...

Yes u can but not much the silver around the board(with the PAL dont no bout the NSTC) and u can round off the corners which can help a lot. But yes you can do it ill post pics if you request it. Cheers^_^

Well you can round the entire board down, all the way around to where there is just a sliver left of copper. If there is just a bit, it will still work fine.

Just as the others said, cut down the grounding strip and round out the corners; it's about all you can do. If you need a visual, here's a great example of what we're talking about.

Sure, that's an SNES Mini mobo, but you get the jist of it, right?

is it the type with seperate audio board or integrated, tell me which and i will take a pic of the relavent board with lines to show where its safe to cut!
