Windows Media Player

Can someone tell me how to get wmp to minimize and still have the visual?( people with the current wmp will probably know what im talking about. right now it just minimizes regularly and doesnt give me a choice. After i get an answer the mods can delete this thread if they want.

Right click on the bar on the bottom, go to toolbars, then click windows media player.
