question about console hybrid

i am new at this electronic/technical stuff, but i was wondering if anyone could help me out.
i want to make the nes and sega playable at the same time.
-how do i connect them to the tv so that both screens show up, one on top of the other?
-also how do i minimize the use of both ac adapters to just one.
-finally, what part of the console boards can be cut off or discarded to make them overall smaller. thanks, any help is appreciated.

In response to cutting down the size of the board, it just ain't worth it. It could be done but is very risky and tedious.

As for power, I forgot the power specs of both the devices, but once again may be tedious and awkward.

As for the video... frankly good luck on that one. It would involve interlacing the video and re encoding it, which is WAY too much work.

WOAH! First of all, that would be impossible without tinkering with the chips on the screen's mobo itself. And just wondering, why in the world would you want to play two systems at once?
