Where can I buy parts?

For reasons beyond me, I cannot buy objects off of e-bay, or online (do not ask why). And I need to know where to buy everything that I would need to make an NESp, and other portables.

Please answer, Im getting bored not being able to start hacking because I don't have the right equipment

Then it depends on what you need and what you already have, you could get parts from old stuff from thrift stores.

Yeah, anus, why not tell people that that link will lose them the 10 tabs of stuff they have opened?

You do session restore and it comes up again and you're screwed and have to start a new session.
If you want to do that stuff, PM it.
