Gamecube power supply board

Post by TitaniumHamster »

I couldn't find this in the sticky.

Are all the connections required for the Power Supply board to the motherboard? I think I remember Turbo or somebody not conecting all the wires to the Mboard, with it still working perfectly.

ohh that one looks very old, or REALLY new, because I have 2 Different Power Reulator Boards and they both dont have those 2 thigs Sheilded in Metal.

EDIT:
This is the One that I have on both my GCs the only differnce is the Black thing with what looks like something you can turn.
I had a First Revision GC, and a 2nd Revision GC, That one you have there Must be from a Revision 3 GC (One without the Digital A/V out port)

Yeah, my gamecube is a 1st issue DOL-001, It was purchased the day of the launch. It's old. However, because the pin system looks the same on your Power board, I would imagine that the pinout of the actual connector would be the same.
