SD repair

I broke a SD card, but all of the contacts (and the pcb itself) are entirely intact. The only problem is that the case is bent out of shape (this happened because it got rolled under a chair wheel by accident) and the little switch for read-only got destroyed or lost. I was able to bend the case so that I am able to fit the case completely into the card reader, no problem. The reader seems to recognize it, but it will not read the card. Any suggestions?
