It depends, this Wikipedia article about SO-DIMM says there are several variations.
I don't think Mac Mini's even use SO-DIMM, it says it uses "667MHz DDR2-SDRAM (PC2-5300)" on their site.

yea but they ship out as many as the systems so that is why they are hard to find

I'll do it! It sorta... kinda... flew into the wall. But it works sometimes. The warranty ran out on Friday so I can't return it.... But if you're okay with a remote that works half the time and is held together with duct tape, 25 seems like enough... maybe.
