A sweet screensaver developed by...

Post by khaag »

...yours truly! This funny little screensaver I put together yesterday can be found here: http://create-games.com/download.asp?id=6607. Screenshots and description can be found there. To download, scroll down a bit and click the big download button. And don't worry... there's no viruses. All uploads at that site are virus checked.

Let me know what you guys think, and enjoy!

haha, nobody really uses screensavers anymore.. I just let my screen idle and standby.. I think that might be why nobody has tried it.

From the screenshots, it looks like the background stays in place the whole time. Given the fact that screen savers are supposed to keep the picture moving to prevent screen burn (to save the screen, if you will) I would say that it does kinda suck if that's the case.

Oh yeah, don't bump posts less than 24 hours later (and even then, do it if you really need help or something)

I let my screen go to idle. On the brief occasion I feel like using a specific screensaver it better be one Hell of a screensaver! (memories of ATI's Lava Caves).

Matrix screensaver..... now there was one to remember. Mmmmm. Who'da thought random green characters scrolling vertically on a screen could be so cool for so long. Wee one plopped into littler green characters!

Heh, that's what I have for mine right now! :D It's not a fullscreen one, though. I'll have to search for a full screen one...

Electric Sheep

It's only ever on for 10 minutes, but it looks good enough to make it worth having.

<a href="http://dyn.uneasysilence.com/toast/">Flying toasters</a>

That's older than most of you. :P Too bad the Windows recreation doesn't have the Flying Toaster Anthem. :( (Guess I'll have to rip it from Basilisk II...)
