Ok so I decided to start my Gamecube portable and I measered my parts and designed a case, but I need to know how to get the disc drive as small as possible.

Or if someone can tell me how to yous another kind of disc drave that is small.

I to have searched the all mighty google for a replacement the the overbloated gamecube disk drive. However the gamecube uses what appears to be a very special drive. So the only hope is to cit it down as small as possible.

Yeah, from what I've read in these forums, there isn't much of a way to shinkerize the disc drive much, as Ben put it it's "stupidly thick".

You could PM someone who's made one; they might be able to help out a bit.
