Power Joy Cartridge help

i have the POWER JOY with built in light gun, and no cartridge, when i power it on it goes to a 10 in one with duck hunt clones and tetris, i have a cartridge (15 in 1) with mario etc but whn i power it on it either goes to the 10-in 1 or a black screen, any help?
