As some of you may have heard. I am getting very close to getting my free minimac from

Well anyway I was watch TSS today and saw that they upgraded the hard drive and the ram. Can any of you think of any cool mods or know of any cool mods for the MiniMac?

it fits perfectly inthe standard slot for car stereos. i'll let you figure out the rest.

It was worth a try... I want a mini mac so I can burn it and paste stuff about windows and become a mac-nazi, but microsoft suck a lot and bill gates is stupid so I would burn my microsoft stuff and cherish my mini mac

Why does everyone hate microsoft. If you don't like there prodicts, then do not use them. Simple as that. Sure Bill Gates cheated and stealed, but os did everyone else who has EVER made a computer os. hello Xerox made the GUI. All in all every operation system has its ups and downs. Personaly I don't even like Linux that much. I have returned to only unsing Unix.

They make crappy products, overcharge for them, and still wonder why people use pirated copies of their software. Honestly, it costs ~$200 to get one of the M$ office products, like word or powerpoint.

Actually, Xerox let Apple take the idea for the GUI because the execs thought it would never take off.

They bought the rights to openoffice! f---! Well, I don't especially hate MS, but they have low quality products, and as spongey said, they overcharge horrendously. I have a friend who made the equivalent of ms-dos 5 in 2 months for a school project, yet they charged how much for it? He didn't even use code from freedos or anything! Also, what unix do you use jackfrost22? i am just wondering what is in it that you prefer over linux, as they are basically the same thing, but unix usually has support for stuff like 16gb of ram and quad cpu mobos. Also, I don't like MS products, and I don't use them, well I do have windows xp pro in virtual pc on my dads mac, but that is different, I only use that for stuff like psp and dogwaffle, suff that isn't made for mac.

I don't use microsoft products...

except my xbox. And they don't have a monopoly in the gaming world yet.

I use OpenBSD. I beefed it up with so much security. I only use it for programing and schoolwork. Its pretty cool. I almost never use it on the net though. My dream though is to make an OS out of all assembly.
