Im just wondering about what would be the least difficult portable to make thats not an atari, Because I am planning on making my first portable! Using my christmas money.

The SNES is the easiest. It'll cost you about $60 to whatever you want to spend on it. As well as the screen. The PSone screen does often go for $60 alone.
I'd say the easiest would be a NOAC portable, followed by the PSOne and then the SNES. I'd definitely recommend starting with an NOAC. They're cheap, small, easy to work with, and an added bonus, EVERYONE loves the NES! Good luck.

Theres something that looks like a noac at k mart (nes style graphics and gun settings).
