I'm new here I just want to know..Is it possible to put the red & blue shell on a Genesis 6-button Controller

Er, most likely no, because the shell mold isn't the same, most likely, at least. Just paint the controller.

No there smaller than a regular controller. You can however wire one up to a megadrive.
