NES died?

Post by Retromaster »

Hi, this happened about a couple minutes ago, but I put Contra or Bionic Commando in my NES and started playing. suddenly the whole system just stopped and the video just stopped. everything stopped. the powerlight went out. I turned it on again and it all worked again for a while and stopped again. it didn't turn on again and it stayed black. please tell me if there is a way to get it started again and what's wrong.

IIIIITTTTT'SSSS AAAAALLLLLLIIIIIVVVVVEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took it apart and examined it. I tested its circuits and it got wierd readings. I put it back together and deemed it dead, but I turned it back on and it displayed Top Gun perfectly. But it might fizzle out again so i'll keep my eyes peeled.
