Money Making Help

Heres my problem, I have a whole lot of portable Ideas that I'd like to try, but money is an issuse for me. The fact I cant get a job until 2 years, my mom almost never has work for me to do, my neighbors ask their work help from my neighbor/pupil "Joe Six-Pack" its hard to get some cash. So any ideas to help me earn cash to get to work on my ideas?

I got an idea! What i could do is do reapirs/simple hacks (like an LED color change) for cash. I have a lot of friends with broken controlers and such that shoulden't be too hard. Hacks could earn me some cash if I can find a customer. Sound good?

EDIT: I advertisted a bit at school and got 4 request! A paint job, two repairs, and a PSP screen in need of replacing
