Guide: How to turn a spammy thread into a good thread.

I am so sick of seeing a spammy thread followed by "discuss" well here you go:

Spammy:

I went and bought GT4 today its a good game

so to make this less spammy discuss

Non-spammy:

I went and bought GT4, i am really enjoying this game. I recommend it to anyone who likes racing games.

So has anyone else played GT4?

Has anyone recently purchased any games they have enjoyed or not enjoyed?

Another thing that doesn't help is everybody's paranoia to spam. If something doesn't induce discussion, it''ll die by itself because people won't want to post in it. If it's worded wrong, oh well. People can discuss even if the topic creator didn't do very good at making it seem like a good topic. Most people just don't follow those kinds of rules, no matter how many times people tell them to.

But I know the mods are obligated to disagree with everything I say about this stuff so I won't go into any more detail.
