WTB PC memory, PC100/PC133, 128/256mb

The memory in my main dev computer (the one I'm programming alleycat64 and GTP with) has developed quite a few issues. I can't run it for more than a few minutes until it hangs. Running Memtest86 shows almost 500 errors in 1 day, all in the same 3 memory addresses.

Anyone have any sticks of 128mb or 256mb PC100/pc133 memory?
