I need a MIDI to USB cord, preferrably cheap. If it needs software to run it, please include that as well. I'm also looking for a book called The Complete Guide to Game Audio: For Composers, Musicians, Sound Designers, and Game Developers, but I doubt anyone has it. However, I would like to read the book a bit before I commit, so if any of you find any "other" ways of getting the book, drop me a PM; we'll keep it private. Thanks!
