Analog sticks: Does anyone care?

Post by CronoTriggerfan »

I'm building this PSp for the sole intent of selling it. I've got a pretty 1337 case mod setup, with just the d-pad and the action buttons. I drilled the holes for the analog sticks, but I think it's gonna end up being a huge hassle getting them to fit. I was never a fan of the PS1, so I have no clue if you really need the analog sticks for any of the more famous games out there. So as PS1 fans/potential buyers, would you guys want to see analog sticks or not?

Thanks,
CTFan

Most ps1 games will work with the dpad only, but there ARE a decent amount out there that wont. Remember the first PS1 controllers didnt even have analog, until the N64 was released and sony decided to steal the idea. Me personally, I wouldnt care if it lacked analog. But it really comes down to whos buying it, and what games they want to play.

Yeah, same thing for the N64p's and how they scrap the d-pad. For one of my favorite games, Kirby 64, you need it....so yeah, it all depends
