analog cellphone service

ANY info on cell providers (in the midwest) that still carry and activate AMPS/tdma analog cellphones, would be very very appriciated, or any info on stuff like prepaid service etc for motorola microTAC 550/650E or lite xl phones would be riteous. thanks!
