I need a new radica genesis as my old one is broken and I cant finish my portable without one.

Try Meijer's. They had three Street Fighter 2 Radica's for $17 each yesterday. If yours doesn't have them, you could gimme the $17+$3+shipping money and I'd get one for you.

I also saw the Sonic 2 radica's at a K-Mart when I was in Michigan for 10 days.

Yeah, Target I can second. I found both Sonic radicas there ($20) Street Fighter ($17) and even Sonic Gold ($25).
