What We think Ben should make asa portable

Hey I started this Poll so people can be heard about what portable they would like Ben to make.

I think he should make a N64p for those long waits in the DMV.

A Sega Genesis portable (not like a NOMAD) out of a 3rd revision Genesis.

a PS2p Final Fantasy X-2+Waiting for a drive in Movie to Start=Early Fun.

Go portablize people.

Sounds great and all but...

N64p has be built in the past by others and many others now are working on their own.

Making a portable from the Genesis v3 isnt that great an idea. Its small yes but it lacks support for things like game genie, some games and possibly other items as a result from its chip types.

PS2p many of us believe is what Ben is working on now. If you'd like to see about making your own, Gannon is working on his own and Poppe has info on a disassembled v3 PS2.

Feel free to start a project of your own, then you can add your own experiance to others on the board.

i dont care if it suports a game genie or not becouse i dont use them personaly.

secondly;
i have a revison project for MY NES and a 1/2, to draw less power with a smaller HD maybe a JUMPSTART drive you know those small drives you can fit on a key chain so you can Save Your Zelda Game Files or any other game for NEs that save.
maybe icould use a Fun Joy if i could learn what it is really called

Its called a power joy III or Super Joy.

Now what are you talking about? Saves NES games? The only thing that came to mind was the USB thumb drives.

Yo people, Ben here. Hopefully by Wednesday I'll update the site with my latest portable, my NESp!! And it's not the one I was working on last fall. Hm...

I played N64 WAY more than the PS1, ok it wall all Bond and Perfect Dark but still... I guess in my opinion N64 is considered to be an old "junk" system at the moment (cheapest system at places like Gamestop), whereas older stuff like SNES and especially NES have gotten old enough to be "cool" again.

On the same token, all I used the N64 for was multiplayer, and that doesn't bode well with a 3" screen.

The Genesis, hm... why? The Nomad exists and it's not bad.

i just started to desining my PSp which i call PSOnep (so i dont make SONY mad) to prevent Memory cards from breaking off I have the cards in the slots inside the thing so it adds to Vertical Sze it works. i have to just put the thing together and route the case and it will be done. Just have a few power consumption issues can some one help with that.
