I don't know because I haven't taken exact mesurements but it is around
7" x 7" x 1/2"

It's quite bulky but you can cut off some ground on the sides. I've also cut off the expansion slot which takes up about an inch or two. If you want to cut down the height I suggest replacing the 7805 cooler by a flat one or attach it to your case if it's metal.
