Can we please stop the hatemongering and fanboyism?
It seems that an overwhelming amount of threads degenerate at one point or another into wars between different people that have different opinions, whether it be about which system is best (fanboyism) or whether someone has really done something they have said (hatemongering). This puts undue stress on the mods and causes people to call them facist nicknames. Please people, we are all here for a common purpose, to work on portables and have a good time. There have been too many bad times in here lately. So in conclusion, if you can't act mature and respect other peoples opinions then leave those of us alone who can and don't ruin our good time with your immature behavior.
If you want you can go on the attack now cause I know you will, I have finished ranting and that is all I wish to say about it, but if you want to discuss your opinion in a mature way then I am open to that.

Debating makes a forum fun, if there where no debating, this place would be as boring as an old guy trying to reproduce w/ a tree.
...Actually, that would be kinda funny, but that's not what's important right now!

Hey dickwad, 5PM, after school, in the playground. Be there!
...But seriously though, if it boils down to that, then both members could be temporarily banned or something like that...
PS:
DS Rules!
PSP sucks at games (but good at playing movies & emulators...)

well when stupid people tell lies on an internet forum, i feel the need to call out their idiocy.dman762000 wrote:Hey don't get me wrong I like a good debate but what has been happening lately always boils down into backbiting, namecalling and threats, something I would expect to find on a elementary school playground.

I agree to this too, like that time someone said that the FDS was an NES peripheral.Xiro wrote:well when stupid people tell lies on an internet forum, i feel the need to call out their idiocy.

Hey instead of calling out their idiocy, just prove they're full of it. Show evidence that contradicts what they say, and so you have facts backing you. Name calling only lowers the level of the discussion, and there is no point in an online conversation that is like 2 year olds screaming at each other.
I don't like to do is, but look at some of my posting. I'm very rarely going to attack a person directly. So you could use me as an example as to how to behave on this forum. Or a better example would be Gannon or Ben, both are very upstanding people in how they converse on the forum.

I very much agree, besides its better to prove someone wrong than to just call them names and such (its so much more satisfying to have the proof that they are wrong because it embarresses them )Sparkfist wrote:Hey instead of calling out their idiocy, just prove they're full of it.
