Sorry to create a post asking about this again but I've searched through a lot of other posts and I can't find a link to Ben's pinout. Did he put one online yet? I've been on vacation for the past week and a half and when I logged on today there were a ton of posts on this. Once I get the pinout I can test my Genesis/Mega Drive collection when I go home next week. I have over 200 Genesis games and around 40 Mega Drive titles (including the greats such as YuYu, AlienSoldier, Cotton, etc). I'd love to be able to test these to see if they work.
Also, I'd like to see if there's an import compatibility issue with the Radica. Games such as Alien Soldier will detect the PAL 50hz speed and won't start up properly. If someone has the UK Radica that would really help to figuring this out.
The other two main things are getting RGB and stereo sound out of the unit. I think the system outputs only S-Video from the chip because there are only two lines leading to composite video (presumably luma and chroma). Hopefully I'm wrong and there's RGB somewhere. As for the stereo sound, I put up an earlier post linking to a datasheet of the IC leading to the mono output. It has 2 stereo inputs that are combined into mono. I haven't been able to test it yet, but I'm pretty sure it'll work.
Well, that's all I wanted to ask. I'd like to get the pinout for this game. And congrats to Ben, he did an amazing job. =)
