Cart connector pitch question

Is the cart connector the same pitch between the SNES and NES/famicom?

I'm working on a super-duper nintendo portable to play famicom and SNES games and I am wondering if I can use the same connector for both cartridges.

Sorry that's not possible. Even if the pitch were the same the pin connector number is not. An NES has 72 pins, while an SNES I believe has 50. If you want to have both you're going to have to have a cart slot for each.

Slightly different pitches, although it would work mostly (have to cut down the nes connector a bit though). It'd be better to make a dongle out of a nes cart and snes connector. The main issue is that the signals from the active system could fry the inactive system, so to be safe you'd need to have ~18 4066 ICs wired in.
