These were made by sega for an airline(s) a long time ago, and they do periodically appear on e-bay. If you're a collector/completist it's probably worth watching, however @ $129 it's probably an expensive route to a "portable Genesis" especially as it will probably eat batteries for breakfast just like the Nomad which was made at the same time.

I saw one for sale in Osaka for about $110 or so. Thought about picking it up but got some other stuff instead. Still, yeah, it is a neat little thing.
