OK, here is my prelimiary pinout for the Blaze Retrocon. I will assume that the power and the audio and video locations are obvious just by looking, so this pinout is for the 11-pin ribbon cable that connnects the main mobo to the board with the DB9 famicom connectors and the reset and power switches.
Starting from left and going to the right the pins are labeled:

I am not 100% sure what the 40xxx lines are, and I have a feeling that the CUPxx is like the latch on NES controllers. I know the controller ports are standard Famicom ports. Here is how the lines conect to the controller ports:

Both connectors have 5V (1) on pins 6 and 7 and GND on pins 8 and 9
The power is setup a little odd on the connector. 5V(2) comes from the 7805 on the NOAC mobo, and 5V(1) powers the NOAC itself and the controllers, so to power the unit you need to make a connection from 5V(2) to 5V(1) or just input 5V into the 5V(1) pin. To reset you just connect reset to ground, on the PCB they also have a small capacitor linked with the switch. Maybe I can make some nice picture diagrams later and upload them too. BTW, does anyone know the famicom controller pinout and want to compare this with that? Could Psychotic Mechanic check this for me, since he is the only Famicom owner I know on the forums? Thanks.

Bump, I know, but does anyone have the pinouts for the Famicom DB9 controller connnectors? That would be great if I could get those, since I need them to hook up a real NES controller. I know, the sticky has info on the NOAC pinouts, but I have Microsoft Works, not Office, so I can't read that document. Thanks
