metamod plugins

Hey, anyone know where I can find metamod plugins for Counter-Strike 1.6? I know about the common ones like Admin mod and AMX mod but Im looking for random funny ones like in this video

Actually those APACHI helicopters are a Model, that you can set to the terrorist team, Ive done it, and just use nades.
