Dang school firewall!!!!!!

Does anyone know a way to get around it without hackin it. I cant go on half of the websites i go to that arent even bad. All i get is the state gov thing all the time and im really gettin pissed. They even blocked my website which was just made and has nothin bad on it.

Use a proxy server to get to the sites, when I was a school thats what some kids did and thats how Spongbuell got to Doomportables for a while.

or ctrl alt delete and turn off the filter

What do you mean ctrl alt delete that only allows you to log off and the filters on the whole network so you cant get past it.

no the close program box my school has websence and you can turn it off that way

yeah, that only works for filters on the machine itself. My school uses a Cisco PIX firewall and websense for filtering. Oddly enough I've broken all of there security messures except the PIX firewall password. I even have the schools tech admin password

although I never use it.

I dont think that will work my school has a government or state firewall that must be turned off by them some how and I think the only way to do that is either hack it or go to the main hosts computer.

well my schools not vary brite and put me incharge of that stuff.. seeing is that im a pritty left wing guy i let it all in.

Actually that proxy is not workin right now do you know of one where I can type in the adress i want and it will go right to it.

go to dns.ditchyourip.com and enter whatever site you want to go to in the box and it will avoid the filtering!!!!

and you cant ctrlaltdel if its running on the schools central server like it does at my school....

ours goes to a government server for every thing i used to hide programs on there to use aganst other schools it was too much fun!
