Ok Well the title says it all. Here are some problems I have had, no major ones, but enough to piss me off:
-Linksys Wireless NIC card drivers not compatible
-Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory not compatible
-Case fan control drivers not compatible
I have had it for 2 weeks and I already have 3 problems, so Im formatting to professional. So just a word of advice, even if it does take advantage of 64 bit processors, dont buy it, it sucks. If you do have it, had any problems?
Dont Buy Windows X64 edition

Funny because I have a 6 month trial version of XP 64, that I haven't installed yet and I've had for nearly a year. As for just don't use it come one it's Windows for crying out load, when they ported the NT kernel to a 64bit architecture they were doing something new and they're not good at doing things new.
Also I've heard that Vista is remarkably stabe, even though it's beta. With that there are more people fooling around with that then XP 64 so you can have questions answered. And two final notes of Vista; one is that it seems you can use an ATI (mobile) 200M graphics chip to run it (so it's not as high as I or others thought, and the other is the new eta for Vista is the first quarter of '07.
Enjoy using XP 64 or Vista.

good god XP64 is not worth it
i have a year beta that ive been running for nearly a year and a half (formatting is your friend) and it is just not worth the hassle, sure i didnt pay for it and its legal but it wont run a lot of things
the only reason im using it is because i dont have a spare copy of XP to run on and my mother wont let me install one of our other copies of regular XP
It wont play Doom, Duke Nukem, Quake, Starcraft, my ADSL modem drivers and a whole bunch of other stuff
It still runs steam and steam games though
