Computer help please. How do i find......

Hey guys, I just need to know how to find what type of graphics, and sound card my computer has..any help is appreciated. In addittion could you guys suggest any good cards that are better than what I have? (I'll post what I have as soon as i find out how to find it)

Assuming you're running XP:

Right-click My Computer
Select Properties
Click the "Hardware" tab
Click the "Device Manager" button

Start > Run > "dxdiag" > Hit Enter

Marshall is right, but unless your soundcard is broken, or you are a musiction, you shouldnt need a 100$ soundcard. Graphics card on the other hand is a different story. Show us all your hardware so we can properly choose for you.

Alright, It says I have a NVIDIA GeForce 4 Mx420
My Processor is an Intel Pentium 4 2.53Ghz
For Audio Creative SB live (WDM)
Tell me anything else you need to know.
