Has anyone actually made an Xbox portable that works, what batteries did you use and how long do they last? Post pix!
Tell us which batteries will work the best and how you went about it. Lets not argue debating which work the best, someone actually that has done it post your results!
I am thinking there must be an easy way, perhaps cutting the cord of the Xbox and connecting it to a DVD battery may run it? Anyone tried this? Anyone made a battery that runs it for a long time?
Honestly, anyone made an Xbox portable that works?

The Xbox is going to be a challage, just like the PS2 and the Gamecube. The thing with the Xbox is that it uses 2.1 amps and finding batteries that will power it for more than an hour isnt going to be easy. Not to mention the modding you have to put in to make it lighter (standard weight is 8lb.) well having the thing still work. If you'd light to try and build your own by owe means. But if we have topics up that say I'm starting a portable Xbox or has anyone built a portable Xbox yet, read them first. Dont open a new thread to ask a question about a simple answer that can come from reading a topic or two, in other words dont be lazy!
