acne treatment?

ok well i kinda have acne. i don't wana look like pizza face, so who has any really good stuff they use that isn't a lot of $, i wana know what actually works, not sumtin you searched for two seconds after reading this

i used to have that problem, proactive is pretty good but not real cheap, its about 40$ for about a few months worth of treatments or something like that
rubbing alcahol helps to dry out your skin if it really oily and helps, so does toothpaste somehow

hmm I herd tooth bast, but strangley I think that will make it worse. I'm not going to try tooth past, beacuse ytou made the laghing avatar, and b/c i don't trust you

Go to a dermatologist and they can give you some perscription stuff.

Why the hell would I put toothpast on my face? It amkes no sense. It sounds like a mean prank you play on some one you don't like.

well it does work if you apply a small ammount to any large pimples you have and leave it overnight, it will make them smaller, just dont put it all over your face, and honestly why ask a question when you turn around and say you dont trust the anwser is kinda stupid and offensive. ive been on these forums for 2 years and you can ask anybody if im trustworthy

I just think its silly to put TOOTHPAST which is ment for my teeth, and small holes in the wall, on my face. Think aobut it.

toothpaste works, it can clean a whole lot more than just teeth. there's also prescription stuff and frequent showers.

Actually Tooth Paste does work, i guess its couse the floride goes into the pores and disolves the core of the Zit.

Anyways, anything with an aggregate in it will help clean the pores, acidics help but can dry the skin, umm... I'm just talking about common sense though, I know nothing of these sorts because I've always felt self esteem to be over rated

Look for the off-brand Oxy pads. They work pretty well.

If you have a pretty nasty looking one and you need a temporary solution (to get through the school day or something), crush a couple aspirin into powder (between 2 spoons works well; catch the dust in a small cup) and add a couple drops of water, to make a paste. Put it on there for a few minutes then wash it off. The aspirin will reduce the redness and it won't hurt as much.

Of course you could just go into the bathroom and wash your face in the morning and evening (showers don't count. Do it when you brush your teeth in the morning and after you get home in the afternoon.) This works for me.

I use toothpaste on my noses' pimples. It works great, shrinks 'em down overnight.
