Unicycling day
I freakin road my unicycle to school today. Its only about 3.2 miles but my thighs and *cough* between or sore as heck. Anyone else into uncycling? I have wanted to ride to school forever and since tomorrow is my last day I figured I had to do it today. Only two crashes so I consider it successful.

That's kool, I've sometimes considered learning how to ride but just can't see my self doing it.
A question: would you consider the unicycle as a hobby or both a hobby and practical mode of transportation? (sorry that may sound dumb but I know nothing about them. At all.

I would love to get into it. But I already have three bicycles, so it would be a bit selfish to have another wheel lying around. That and no money.
Did anybody see that guy on Ripley's that who could ride his unicycle on the edge of a mountain, even hop over crevasses! It was crazy. He used it to get to school everyday, just like walking.

I don't really have the balance skills for a unicycle.
But I want to get a road bicycle and add things like saddlebags and a storage rack to it for rides. (My mountain bike rides nice, but its knobby tires make a lot of road noise and they have a lot of rolling resistence. Plus its brakes kind of suck... fun.
) Otherwise I'd have to wear a backpack to hold my map and phone and beef jerky and crackers and tools and other such necessities. I think I'll take a gander at the Salvation Army when I can and get one to fix up. I need a project.
