Try contacting vintagefunworld ( http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showuser=8817 ) to see if they have any in.

i had the same thought about controller ports when i built an adapter for my pc, but i opted to cut off the controller plug and replaced them with a 9-pin male connector, with a female conector atached to the plug i cut off. i might eventually make a mold to make by own ports.
