Go to http://www.donotcall.gov and register your cell phone numbers because solicitors will be able to call your cell phones in the very near future and depending on what plan you are on you can get charged for the call you answer.

actually, it was on the news recently: the whole thing was a hoax and telemarketers will NOT be able to call cell phones, as it always has been. Why? Because it costs YOU money whether you like it or not. If somebody calls you on the landline (aside fron collect calls and stuff like that) it won't cost you anything. If telemarketers call on a cell phone, it costs the callee money.

Sorry about this post. It was my mom who told me that the cell phones will now receive solicitor calls.
