that inductor can only handle .139A, you need one that can handle 10X that current . the volt rating is just high high voltage you cen go before the capacitor blows up.
a good place to look for inductors is old power supplies. those inductors are (obviously) used for power regulation stuff so they can easily handle the current draw of an N64.
the cpacitors might hold a charge but it's unlikely. if you're concerned about it, just use a screwdriver to discharge the big capacitors. just be careful and make sure you don't get zapped while discharging it or freak out if there are any big sparks (capacitor sparks can be really big!)
i charged up two capacitors that were the size of paper towel rolls and used them to melt the copper wire i discharged them through (as well as .5mm pice of mechanical pencil lead)
then i someone told me not to do that because it breaks them. go figure
it can definatly handle the current and stuff but 4 loops seems a little not much. see if it works, but if it doesn't get rid of the distortion, just get some magnet wire and give it some more loops.
