Good Carrying Case for Portables

Post by CronoTriggerfan »

I'm heading out to the CCAG Show, so I'll be needing a case to carry my portables/games around with me (particularly my SNES Fuzion and any SNES games I buy there). I was wondering what you guys use to carry your portables/games in? Or, does Nintendo make actual cases to carry consoles around in?

Yeah, Nintendo makes console cases. Look for them at a store like Target.

yeah i have an N64 carry case and it's the perfect size for a portable but has nothing for holding games. sega's carry cases are better because they have game holding places.

I bought a PSone bag at Best Buy for 5 bucks a few weeks ago. It's got enough room for the PSone with screen attached, 2 controllers, and something like 4 games. As long as your portable will fit in the system area you've got plenty of space for games. (I just have to clean it; it feels pretty dirty.)

The space for the system is roughly 8" by 6" by almost 3" tall. The front pocket area is tapered from 1.5 to 2.5" by 7.5" by almost 7", and there's a pocket on the side that can fit an AC adapter, AV cable or something like a cell phone.

Interesting...I may have to go out and grab a console bag! The only ones I've seen around here, though, are Gamecube bags. I wonder if they would work, seeing as the Gamecube is, well, shaped like a lunchbox  . Other than that, I may also look into an N64 case (could've SWORN I saw one at Target one time)

Oh, and heads up; I got a new avatar, just to let 'yall know.

I use a camcorder hard carrying case which works quite well but use what you want to.

I use an Iomega Zip drive bag. It has enough room to fit my L64 and a couple of games, plus it's padded.

I actually just found an old laptop case that fits my portable perfectly! I'm pretty pleased with it, but it could hold more games....maybe a console case WOULD be a worthy investment.
