I mean that I got the circuit for the PTH08080 from Skyone's page, but I did get the power connector pinouts from the PSX Power thread
I plan to (Well, some time in the future) buy the PTH again, get a good Stepup/Stepdown regulator to keep the 8v lead at 8v when the battery drops below that point.
Anyways, thankies for all the feedback. I put a decent toggle switch on the battery's positive lead so I don't have to keep unplugging the battery from the power supply, or the power supply from the PSX Mobo.
A short time after overvolting my PSX, the input was really, REALLY weird. I would have to press a button multiple times just to get it to register, then it stopped working alltogether. Nuts. At least the ol' gray box PSX's are cheap on eBay.
