Need a new pair of boots for like hiking or somthin...

My old pair dosent fit me.
And I moved and have loads of woods in my new backyard with a stream adn stuff.

I tryed to go through with my normal shoes but that got realy dirty and wet and its just uncomfortabol.
Anyone know where I can get some cheep aleast under $60.00 boots like these

I loke those cus they look nice and are tall so all the dam pointy thorns wont tear up my legs and ruin my pants!
I just dont want to spend that much for a pair of boots I will get all mested up over summer.

Check out Rangerjoe's (google it). As for boots for hiking, one way to can go is military/SWAT. I own a pair of STAW tactical boots, really touch and not much sole flexablity. There is also Canadian combat boots, two people I know own them, and they're pretty tough from what one said.

I need taller ones.
Cus those thorns hurt like hell and are all over the place I useally wear long sleave shirts too just cus they hurt!

I've found, for leather boots, that nothing works quite as well as mink oil.

For most boots, just spray them liberally with any kind of silicone sealant (no brands come to mind, any will do) and let the boots dry.

I got a can of waterproof spray from Payless to spray my golf bag. That's the only place I've seen it.
